Kids Jiu Jitsu (GI & No Gi)

This class will teach your keiki how to navigate in their ground game. They will learn escapes, controls, and submissions. Your keiki will also learn self-discipline, respect, and confidence, amongst many other benefits.

In these classes, we learn detailed techniques that will keep your keiki engaged the whole time.

Each class is split between beginner & advanced so we may focus on our child's technique while also keeping learning challenging for those who have a bit more mat time.
