Kids Muay Thai

Our keiki Muay Thai classes teaches your child how to be functional in both offensive and defensive positions. They learn multiple skills far beyond how to punch and kick; they learn how to control their bodies and create great bonds with their fellow teammates.

We focus on also teaching wellbeing and ant bullying. We learn how to be dangerous but remain humble and kind.
